Why we made these improvements
Previously, when event invitation recipients clicked on ‘No’, they did not get any feedback or confirmation that their answer was submitted. This could make the recipients feel unsure or anxious about their choice.
We wanted to reassure contacts that their answer was received and respected, and also give them an opportunity to change your mind if you wanted to.
What has changed
Now, when you receive an event invitation and click on ‘No’, we will open the event page and show you a toast message at the bottom of the screen saying:
Thank you for providing your answer
In case you change your mind, feel free to register on this event page.
This way, you can see that your answer was recorded and also have easy access to the event page in case you want to register later.
We hope that these improvements will enhance your experience with our platform and make you feel more comfortable and confident about your choices.
