Tracking imports for Contacts

Tracing contact information that has been imported into the Glue Up platform can be a critical component to reconciling data mismatches or errors. Follow the process below to track imported contact information:

  1. Click the double-gear icon located in the platform’s top navigation bar to open the Organization Settings dropdown. In the dropdown’s Contact Settings, click Import/Export History.
  2. The Import History page displays a list of all files uploaded into the Contacts section. Importantly, you can see the previously imported Excel files’ names, statuses, number of successfully or failed imported contacts, the names of the user(s) who imported each respective files, and dates of import. If you want to learn more about failed contacts for a particular import, click on the three dots and select ‘Download Report’.
  3. For Unfinished imports, you may click the three-dot icon to choose either to Continue Import or Cancel Process.1
