To generate and download a report with data on your hosted events, you can follow these simple steps:
- Go to the Events module and open the event dashboard for the event you want to export.
- Click on the Manage section and find the attendee list.
- Click on the export button at the top right corner of the screen.
- A new window will pop up where you can choose the data fields you want to include in your report. You can select or deselect items as necessary.
- After you have selected the data you want, click on the export button at the bottom of the window.
- A file will be downloaded to your device in Excel format with the data you requested. Depending on the size of your data, this may take a few minutes.
You can open the file with any spreadsheet software and view or edit your report. You can also share it with others or print it out if needed.
