We’re excited to announce a new feature that we’ve released for the Glue Up Memberships Module! With this new functionality, organization admins can now add up to 5 additional email addresses as recipients of Membership system emails. This feature was developed in response to multiple customer requests, and we’re proud to say that it is now available to all our customers.

By enabling this feature, admins can decide to keep multiple people in the loop when an automated email is sent out. This means that colleagues or team members can stay up-to-date with Membership applications and expiration processes without having to go through a member’s profile.

To use this feature, you’ll need to enable it for each membership type individually. Once enabled, you can add up to five additional email addresses to the BCC list for all Membership Application, Expiration and Renewal Process Emails. To do so, simply select the three dots action button next to the Membership Type you want to edit, and click on ‘Edit’.

 

 

From there, select the ‘Notification Settings’ tab and enter the email addresses in the box provided. Remember to separate the email addresses by commas, and you’re good to go!
