Overview

The secondary chapter display feature enhances the chapter inclusion membership functionality by providing additional information about secondary chapters. Chapter inclusion memberships allow members to be associated with multiple chapters. With this new feature, clients can easily see which secondary chapters a member belongs to, enabling them to analyze popularity and plan marketing activities accordingly.

How to Access Secondary Chapter Information:

  1. Go to the “Members” section or the “Memberships” section in the administration panel.
  2. Locate the member or membership for which you want to view secondary chapters.
  3. Click on the member or membership to open its details.
  4. In the right sidebar, you will find a column displaying secondary chapters.
  5. The secondary chapters will be listed, showing the number of chapters and their names.
  6. This information can help in understanding member preferences and can be utilized for marketing purposes.

Note: The secondary chapter column is not customizable in the table view, as it is a click-away feature. This ensures a better user experience, especially for clients with a large number of chapters. The secondary chapter information can also be exported and downloaded for further analysis.
