This feature streamlines event registration by automatically filling in billing details, eradicating the frustration of repetitive data entry.
Features
Scenario 1
When attendees provide their mandatory address information during registration, the system automatically transfers the provided address data to the billing information section, populating only the fields that the user has already filled out during the attendee information stage. This ensures a hassle-free experience, eliminates redundant data entry, and simplifies the registration process for our users.
Scenario 2
If there are no address fields in the attendee information or if they are not mandatory for the user, the system will populate the billing information using data from the organization’s or contact’s profile.
Scenario 3
If there is no existing contact profile for the user, the system will check the ‘user profile’ and populate the billing information with the address details provided there.
Scenario 4
If there is no user profile or the address information is not available, the fields will remain empty, and the user will be required to fill them in manually.
Note: When purchasing multiple tickets, the address will be taken from the first attendee’s information.
