Accessing the Tasks Module
- Log in to your Glue Up account.
- Navigate to the Dashboard and click on the My Tasks tab.
- A list of your tasks will appear, along with sorting and filtering options.
Features of the Tasks Module
1. Dedicated Task Detail Page
Each task has a dedicated page where you can view all related information and perform key actions.
How to View and Manage Task Details:
- From the task list, click on any task to open its detail page.
- On this page, you can:
- Edit task details.
- Delete the task.
- Mark the task as completed.
2. Rich Text Editor for Task Notes
The rich text editor allows you to organize and format task notes for better clarity and structure.
How to Add and Format Task Notes:
- When creating or editing a task, use the rich text editor to enter your notes.
- You can format text, create lists, and add other elements to make notes more organized.
3. Upload Attachments
You can attach files directly to tasks for better documentation and quick access.
How to Upload Attachments to a Task:
- During task creation or editing, click on Upload Attachment.
- Select files from your device. You can upload multiple files at once.
4. Notification Controls
Choose whether to send email notifications to assignees when tasks are created or reopened.
How to Enable Notifications:
- When creating or reopening a task, select the option to send an email notification to the assignee.
