Go to the CRM module. Go into the CRM profile for your desired contact or company. Open the attachments box and click the three dots icon for your desired attachment. Select Download.  

Go to the CRM module. Click the filter icon to open filter options and click the + Add Advanced Filter link. In the ‘Select a property’ dropdown menu, select Registered User. In the ‘Compare as’ dropdown menu, select Yes.
