What happens when I activate an imported member list?
All members (primary and non-primary/individual and corporate) receive a system email to activate their membership profile (in Glue Up). If the member activates the account by clicking the “Activate Account” on the system email, he/she will land in a screen where he/she can verify his/her data and set a password. At that point they have an Glue Up Account, but will not have activated their membership yet.
You can resend the Activation Mail if needed (from the Membership → Member itself)
The next window will include their membership Card page (with the same details as the Application Form), where the missing details needs to be filled in. Only after this step is completed the Membership is activated
After activating the Account they will have access to their “My Glue” dashboard and see their Membership listed.
