Duplicating, archiving, and deleting campaigns
Duplicating a campaign is an efficient way to send similar information from a previous campaign to recipients. Archiving and deleting campaigns helps keep things tidy.
Duplicating a campaign
In the Draft Campaigns, Scheduled Campaigns, and Sent Campaigns sections of the Campaign module, click the three dots icon related to the campaign you want to duplicate and select Duplicate Campaign.
Archiving a campaign
In the Sent Campaigns section of the Campaigns module, click the three dots icon related to the campaign you want to archive and select Archive. Archived campaigns can be found by clicking the double-gear icon in the platform’s top navigation bar to open the Organization Settings dropdown. Select Archives located under the Other Settings column. To see archived campaigns, select the Campaigns subsection in the left sidebar navigation menu.
Tip: In the Campaigns subsection of Archives, you can unarchive a campaign by clicking an unarchive icon.
Deleting a campaign
In the Draft Campaigns sections of the Campaigns module, you can delete a campaign by clicking the three dots icon related to the campaign you want to delete and select Delete Campaign. Deleted campaigns cannot be recovered.
