New Dashboards & CRM profile updates

For the past few months, we have been working tirelessly to bring you a completely new Glue Up experience. This major update (Glue Up 5.0) includes customizable Dashboards, upgraded CRM and better data management. These innovations mark an important milestone in Glue Up history and we hope they will help you become more efficient than ever. All the below changes are effective from June 2, 2020.

My Dashboard

In the Home Dashboard, you are now able to make your own dashboard and personalize it to fit your preferences. You can add and delete any widgets (more than 30 widgets are available), reorder them and change the size of the widgets, as well as being able select the time frame to see different statistics for your selected period.

Top Organization ‘Setup process’ block

After you completed 5 steps listed below, this block will disappear from your Home Dashboard.

  1. Add organization Information
  2. Invite your team member
  3. Prepare your CRM
  4. Configure your memberships: *This step is only available when Membership module is enabled.
  5. Complete your personal profile

Actions Icon and Selector

  • Gear Icon: Click the gear icon located below your profile icon to select any of the widgets that you would like to display in your main dashboard. The widget categories are divided by platform’s modules, including Organization widget, Event widget, Campaign widget, Membership widget, and Finance widget.
  • Drag and drop icon: Drag and drop icon is located on the left side of each widget, this will allow you to move the widget into your preferred place.
  • Three dots icon: Three dots icon is located on the right side of each widget. By clicking the three dots icon to delete the widget item or change the widget sizes into full width, ½ width or ¼ width.
  • Time selector: Time selector is located at the top right of each widget. By default, Last 30 days is selected for each widget. However, you can simply open the Time selector to choose the timeline to filter the result. Available time options are Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, Last 365 days, This week, This month, This year and All.

CRM Dashboard

The CRM dashboard can be configured to fit your organization’s preferences. Only the team members who have permission to update the team dashboard can adjust the CRM dashboard. When you make changes to the CRM dashboard, your organization’s team members will also see the updated dashboard when they access the CRM module’s Dashboard section. There are currently 17 widgets available for the CRM dashboard.

Campaign Dashboard

The campaign dashboard can be also configured to display your organization’s Campaign data. Only the team members who have permission to update the team dashboard can adjust the campaign dashboard. When you make changes to the campaign dashboard, your organization’s team members will also see the updated dashboard when they access the Campaign module’s Dashboard section. In the campaign dashboard, there are currently 5 widgets available.

Membership Dashboard

Lastly, the membership dashboard can also be configured based on your organization’s preferences. Only the team members who have permission to update the team dashboard can adjust the membership dashboard. When you make changes to the membership dashboard, your organization’s team members will also see the updated dashboard when they access the Membership module’s Dashboard section. In the Membership dashboard, there are currently 15 widgets available.

CRM Profiles

Contact profile

The CRM contacts and companies’ profile visualization enables you to track information from Invoices & Payments, Opportunities, Membership, and Subscription in one place. You can also filter each contact’s or company’s activity timeline by specific module’s filter to get the data that you are looking for.
Updated individual CRM contact profile is divided into 4 tabs including Activity Timeline, Profile Information, Subscriptions & Committees tab, and Metrics tab.

Quick-access icon

  • Edit Profile: Click the Edit Profile icon to edit the contact’s profile information.
  • Add Note: Click the Add note icon to add any notes to the contact.
  • Add Attachment: Click the Add Attachment icon to upload any related files to the contact.
  • Email Campaign: Click the Email Campaign to send any of draft email campaign to the contact.
  • More: Click more to create membership application for the contact, add opportunities, add the contact into one of your contact lists, change the owner of the contact, or delete the contact from CRM module.

Activity Timeline
This tab displays all the history of this contact’s activities with exact date and time including CRM, Finance, Events, Campaigns, Memberships, Notes, Tasks and System Notifications. Additionally, you can click on Filter icon to narrow down the timeline history by selecting the desired filter option.
Metrics
This tab displays the contact’s number of event registrations, attendance status, number of subscribed subscription lists and committees lists, number of memberships, opportunities, number of received email campaigns, and a total amount of payments and invoices. Each of metrics block can be sorted by the time selector within a certain period.
Profile Information
This tab displays the contact’s profile information. In the profile information tab, you will be able to edit, add and remove the profile information directly from the customized CRM forms. Additionally, you can also switch into sub-tabs to see the billing address and speaker information.
Subscription & Committees
This tab displays all the list of subscriptions and committees. You can add or remove a contact from the subscription list of committee list by click on the subscribe icon in a row of the name of the subscription or committee.

Company profile

The updated individual CRM company profile is divided into 4 tabs including Activity Timeline, Profile Information, Contacts and Metrics tab. And the new Metrics tab will give you a overview of each contact and the company’s engagement with your organization helping you understand your community.

Quick-access icon

  • Edit Profile: Click the Edit Profile icon to edit the company’s profile information.
  • Add Note: Click the Add note icon to add any notes to the company, this feature has been added with Glue Up V5 update, now you can make a note to company profile to keep any additional notes to the company profile.
  • Add Attachment: Click the Add Attachment icon to upload any related files to the company.
  • Create Membership Application: Click the Create Membership Application icon to add the corporate membership to the company. This feature is only available if your platform’s membership module has been enabled.
  • More: Click More icon to add opportunities, add the company into one of your company lists, add any tasks, change the owner of the company or delete the company from the CRM module.

This tab records all the history of this company’s activities with exact date and time including CRM, Finance, Memberships, sponsor Information, Notes, and Tasks. Additionally, you can click on Filter icon to narrow down the timeline history by selecting the desired filter option.
Metrics
This tab displays the company’s number of memberships, opportunities and the engagement report of each contact in this specific company, and a total amount of payments and sponsorship data. Each of metrics block can be sorted by the time selector within a certain period.
Profile Information
This tab displays the company’s profile information. In the profile information tab, you will be able to edit, add and remove the profile information directly from the customized CRM forms. Additionally, you can also switch into sub-tabs to view and edit the billing address.
Contacts
This tab displays the list of all the contacts, including contacts full name, membership status, email address, and phone number. You can also go to the CRM table by clicking the View on CRM table button and can directly add the contact profile by clicking +Add Contact button. Additionally, click Actions icon to view the CRM profile, send email campaign or delete the contact profile from the Contacts tab or completely delete the contact profile from the CRM module.

Together with this update, we have also improved our CRM forms structure to provide you with easier data management (more on that later).
