- A member enters the renewal phase 30 days before the membership expired, if not adjusted in the Membership Type → Workflow Settings. Otherwise according to the set date.
- When the Renewal Phase starts, an automatic mail will be sent out to the member (for corporate membership it will be sent to the Admin & Primary Member. A normal member notice can be deactivated under Membership → Setup → Membership Types → [Membership Type] → Notification Settings)
- A member in the renewal phase will not be in the Member list anymore but will be displayed at Membership → Membership Manager → Renewals (Upcoming)
- The membership will be in “Upcoming” until:
- They accept the renewal OR
- They get confirmed or refused from you
