- Click the double-gear icon located in the platform’s top navigation bar to open the Organization Settings dropdown. In the dropdown’s Membership Settings column, select Membership Types.
- Create a new membership type or click the three dots icon for a particular membership type and click Edit.
- Go to the Price Configurations tab, and ensure you have not selected currency for your membership type. Price options will not be displayed if a currency is not selected and the membership type will be free.
