We’re excited to announce a new feature we’ve released for the Glue Up Associates module! With this new feature, organization admins can now add up to 5 additional email addresses as recipients of membership system emails. This feature was developed in response to numerous customer requests and we are proud to say that it is now available to all of our customers.

By enabling this feature, administrators can choose to keep multiple people informed when an automatic email is sent. This means that colleagues or team members can stay up to date with membership requests and expiration processes without having to go through a member’s profile.

To use this feature, you will need to enable it for each membership type individually. Once activated, you can add up to five additional email addresses to the BCC list for all membership request emails and expiration process. To do this, simply select the three-dot action button next to the association type you wish to edit and click ‘Edit’.

 

 

From there, select the ‘Notification Settings’ tab and enter the email addresses in the box provided. Remember to separate the email addresses by commas, and you’re good to go!
