We’re excited to announce a new update to our Membership Module that will give our users even more control over their platform migration process.

 

Previously, disabling the platform migration email (Activation Email), sent to members when they are imported into the system was not an option. With this new update, organization admins will now have the ability to choose if they would like to enable or disable this email notification. This means that they can control exactly when and how their members are notified of the platform migration, giving them more flexibility and control over the process.

 

To enable or disable this email notification, navigate to the settings menu and click on System Email Templates. You can find the “Platform Migration to Glue Up” email under Member Process Emails. Keep in mind that this notification email is enabled by default, so if you would like to disable it, you will need to manually turn it off.
