This depends on the configured workflow settings for each membership type. Follow the process below to edit a membership type’s workflow settings and notification options.
- Click the double-gear icon located in the platform’s top navigation bar to open the Organization Settings dropdown. In the dropdown’s Membership Settings column, select Membership Types.
- Click the three dots icon for a particular membership type and click Edit.
- Go to the Workflow Settings tab to configure duration parameters for the membership type’s renewal and grace periods.
- Next, go to the Notification Settings tab and configure notifications as needed.
