A member enters the renewal phase 30 days before the membership expired, if not adjusted in the Membership Type → Workflow Settings. Otherwise according to the set date.
When the Renewal Phase starts, an automatic mail will be sent out to the member (for corporate membership it will be sent to the Admin & Primary Member. A normal member notice can be deactivated under Membership → Setup → Membership Types → [Membership Type] → Notification Settings)
A member in the renewal phase will not be in the Member list anymore but will be displayed at Membership → Membership Manager → Renewals (Upcoming)
