• Going into a Membership Details you can see Symbols next to the names of the Members List
  • Green Glue Up Icon: This member has an Glue Up Account. Which means he either finished his registration, or he is also a member of another Glue Up Organization, or he created an account for e.g. an Event or Subscription before.
  • Grey Glue Up Icon: This member has an Glue Up Account, but never confirmed the connected Email. Please let them Login and it will trigger the Email Verification mail again.
  • Crown: This member is a primary member. This does not tell anything about their registration status.
  • No Icon: This member does not have an Glue Up Account yet.
  • Right hand side – Resend Invitation: this member did not register/complete his registration yet with Glue Up and your organization specifically. If a member has this Resend Invitation Option, it means they did not register yet for your specific organization. The membership is already fully functioning and manageable.
• Additionally, you can go to Members and filter by Not Registered User, to see all the users, who did not register yet their membership with your organisation on Glue Up (same as having a “Resend Invitation” Button).
