We are proud to announce some new improvements to the CPD/CPE feature of the Glue Up Events Module. This new update streamlines the process of inputting check-in and check-out times for attendees, as well as approving and issuing their certificates.
Previously, the process of inputting check-in and check-out times for attendees and approving and issuing their certificates was a manual process. This could be time-consuming for organizations with large numbers of event attendees. With the new update, organizers can now qualify attendees and issue certificates in bulk.
To issue certificates for attendees in bulk, simply check the box next to each attendee’s name, then click on “Approve CPD Hours.” By clicking on “Confirm” in the prompt, the certificate will be issued and automatically sent to the attendee attached to an email. However, If you would like to issue the certificate without automatically sending it as an email, make sure to check the “do not send email” box. This action is available for both attendees that do not have a recorded check-in and check-out time and the ones who do but did not qualify.
Additionally, three new filters have been added to make the process of approving attendees and issuing certificates more efficient. The new filters include:
- Whether or not the attendee has checked in
- Whether or not the attendee has checked out
- CPD Status (Approved, Unqualified, Awaiting Approval, Sent)
