Selecting currencies and payment options

In order for your organization to collect membership payments, you must first select the currencies your organization accepts. You can choose to receive payments in multiple currencies or add payment-specific information regarding your organization’s rules and policies.

 

Configuring membership payment options

Click the double-gear icon located in the platform’s top navigation bar to open the Organization Settings dropdown. In the dropdown’s Membership Settings column, select General Information. Click Payment Options in the left sidebar navigation menu to go to the settings page to configure payment options for all memberships. Select the currencies you want available for memberships, determine available payment methods, and input any text that you would like to include during membership transaction processes.

Tip: Offline transactions are not automatically updated in the platform. If you select any offline payment methods, all organization team members must manually mark each completed payment as paid.
