Archives

You can archive events, campaigns, surveys, communities, and products. This feature can be useful for cleaning up your Glue Up account in each section.

 

Archiving an event

The archiving feature is available for both past and upcoming events. Archived events will no longer appear in your organization’s public event list, and the online event links will no longer function. To archive an event, navigate to the events list and click the three-dot icon next to the event you want to archive. Then, click “Archive.”

*Important: The current ongoing event cannot be archived.

 

Archiving a campaign

The archiving feature is available for sent campaigns. To archive a campaign, please go to the Campaigns module > Campaigns section to select Sent Campaigns list, and click the three dots icon next to the campaign that you wish to archive. Click “Archive“.

 

Archiving a survey

The archiving feature is available for expired/closed surveys. To archive a survey, please go to the Campaigns module > Surveys section to select Expired/Closed list, and click the three dots icon next to the survey that you wish to archive. Click “Archive“.

 

Archiving a community

The archiving feature is available for the existing communities. To archive a community, please go to the Communities module > Community section, and click the three dots icon on the top right corner of the Community block. Click “Archive“.

 

Archiving a product

The archiving feature is available for the existing products. To archive a product, please open the Organization Settings > Products Catalogs, and click the three dots icon next to the product that you wish to archive. Click “Archive“.

 

View Archived items

After archiving, you can find the archived events, campaigns, surveys, communities, and products from the Organization SettingsArchives section.

On the Archives page, you can switch between tabs to view archived items. If you wish to unarchive any of the items, please click the “Unarchive” icon accordingly.
