Matching Different Registrations Forms to Ticket Types

Each ticket type can have its specific registration form. You can create different event registration forms and match them with ticket types. Here’s a few things you need to pay attention to:

  • You can match each ticket type with only one registration form.
  • On the other hand, you can associate a registration form with multiple ticket types.
  • Once created, registration forms can be edited and duplicated, but they cannot be deleted.
  • You will not be able to change the registration form matched to a ticket type once someone purchases that ticket.
  • For tickets not matched to any forms, the system will use the default form.
  • Switching an event registrant’s ticket type is only possible between ticket types that use the same registration form.
  • The information on the event badges will match the information on the registration forms. So, when designing your badges, make sure the fields you add exist on the registration form. If you have multiple ticket types matched to different registration forms, our recommendation is to create a separate badge for each ticket type.
