In order to reduce the probability of your members and attendees from generating duplicated companies in your CRM, we enabled the Public Lookup for Company names. This feature will allow public lookup for all company names in your CRM during event or membership registration processes.

To make sure your attendees and members are selecting the correct company name, we suggest reviewing your CRM Companies list and merge or delete the existing companies that you do not want to be displayed.

 

 

  • The Company Lookup will be enabled by default
  • To disable it, please go to Organization Settings – Account Settings – Profile – Organization CRM Public Lookup
